A sea of balls on the Montparnasse Tower
There’s a child in all of us .... And the COQ Hotel has a great suggestion for indulging yours! You’ll need to climb above the rooftops of Paris, to the top of the 210-metre-high Montparnasse Tower. Head up there with family or friends and, pausing only to admire the breathtaking view of the capital spread out below, you can then give free rein to your inner kid by diving into the huge ball pit that’s been temporarily set up on the 59th floor!
100,000 balls above the rooftops of Paris
Until May 1st the Panoramic Observatory of the Montparnasse Tower boasts a colossal ball pit of some 40m2, fully covered with a safety net and perched on the highest rooftop in Paris. Following the success of the tower’s rollerblading arena, trampoline and ice rink, this sky-piercing site invites you to take 12 minutes to be a kid again, immersing yourself in a sea of balls, perhaps cradled in one of the colourful and fun flotation aids provided for your use. Jump in, sink or swim, then simply relax and look out over the city from this, its tallest vantage point and admire the magnificent 360° panorama.
From the top of the 59th floor, Paris is at your feet
The appeal of this huge pool of balls would not be the magical experience it is without the awe-inspiring view to be enjoyed from the 59th floor of the Montparnasse Tower, 210 metres high. Located in the heart of Paris, the Observatoire offers the perfect opportunity to appreciate all the beauty of the city. The Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, the Arc de Triomphe, the rooftops and streets of the city and the great Historical Axis ... Paris reveals its riches as you’ve never seen them before.
